In 2010, I made the move from Ohio to Corolla, and since then, the Outer Banks has become my special place—a true source of joy and fulfillment. This area has not only given me a deep sense of community and purpose, but it’s also where I met my husband. Together, we’ve built an adventurous life with our dog, Mowgly.

 

My journey into real estate spans 15 years, starting with a decade in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I led a property management company specializing in luxury second homes. During that time, I also made the most of the mountain lifestyle by snowboarding as much as possible! In 2021, I returned to the coast and bought a house in Wilmington, NC, while continuing to develop my sales skills and working toward becoming licensed. In 2024, I came full circle by moving back to the Outer Banks, buying a house in Point Harbor.

 

Being back in this unique area has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to spend more time with family, enjoy water activities like paddle boarding, take long walks with my dog and friends, and give back to the community. I’m currently involved with the Outer Banks Dementia Friendly Coalition, helping with administrative tasks and marketing efforts so they can focus more on the critical programs they offer.
